Keplr currently has over 200+ practices in 30 states and is able to provide exceptional levels of clinical, operational and marketing support with its more than decade-old business services platform.
Keplr Vision is currently going through tremendous growth and is seeking a Payments Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Payments Team to support daily posting and collection efforts.
Manage daily posting processes; make necessary adjustments concurrent with Cash posting and Zero balance or Zero paid remittances.
Investigate and resolve posting errors/issues and unapplied cash.
Work in conjunction with Shared Services, Practices and Field Operations.
Monitor and maintain team productivity goals.
Maintain good working knowledge of RCM area of expertise to serve as a resource for staff questions.
Assist with maintaining tracking tools, following up on requests and identifying delays in process flow.
Cultivate strong relationships within Keplr Vision corporate and with team members at partner practices.
Maintain assigned workload efficiently, demonstrating strong work ethic, dedication, and critical thinking skills.
Assist with responses to questions and tickets.
Assist with maintenance of productivity and tracking tools.
Notify management of issues, concerns, or problems.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare, business, or other related field preferred.
Positive attitude and ability to fit in as a collaborative team member.
Excellent interpersonal communication and engagement skills
Understanding of Vision and Medical accounts receivables management and experience with optometry practice management/EMR systems preferred.
Experience in fast-paced and growth focused environments where multiple, and potentially conflicting, priorities are the norm.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Skilled in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technically savvy with the ability to easily learn new software.
Ability to work collaboratively with providers, practice staff, and administration teams.
Strong problem-solving skills including the demonstrated ability to be resourceful and creative.
