ECI is seeking a HR Business Partner to work in our globally recognized and award winning culture.
The HR Business Partner workswith an assigned Business Unit as an HR Owner.Aligns with senior levelsof leadership to leverage HR Strategy and to drive needed business results. Acts as a strategic partner to develop and deliver a broad range of HR services to the leadership team and to proactively translate the group’s business needs into HR solutions that best enable the team to meet its strategic objectives. Ensures the consistent application of HR policies, processes and systems within the groups they support.
The HRBP will report to the Senior Director of Global Human Resources but will act as a member of their specific Business Unit Leadership Team and close advisor to the BU President in a matrixed relationship.
Position will serve as a back-up to ECI’s Benefits Manager with responsibilities for assisting with the annual Open Enrollment process end-to-end.Will educate employees about their benefits and the best ways to utilize them.Will assist with on-boarding of acquisitions, new hires and benefits vendors.Will participate in RFP’s and annual benefits audits.
This position can work remotely from any location but will support multiple sites including: (1) Columbus, Ohio, (2) Minneapolis, Minnesota, (3) Melbourne, Australia, (4) Lincoln, UK, (5) Fort Worth, Texas, (6) Denver, Colorado, (7) Cincinnati, Ohio, (8) Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and numerous other remote home-office based employees located throughout the world.

Minimum Requirements
10+ years’ experience in corporate environments, supporting multiple matrixed business units in geographically dispersed locations.Ability to travel a minimum of four nights per month is an absolute requirement for success in this role.
