Job Description:

PAPE’ GROUP, INC. – EUGENE, OR – CORPORATECORPORATE FLEET ASSOCIATE: This position will be responsible for maintaining and distributing all vehicle related documents. Essential duties will include but are not limited to:

• Administering fuel card and PINs for drivers.


• Facilitating all title and registration of vehicles in accordance with Feder, State, and local laws.


• Maintaining accurate vehicle records in bout Tandem and our vehicle racking system, including transferring assets and maintaining accurate lease accounting documentation.


• Coding all vehicle related invoices for payment


• Tracking member vehicle payroll deductions as appropriate.


• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Position requires knowledge of federal, state and local DOT laws to ensure compliance. Prior experience in a compliance related position is preferred. Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, results driven, and have the ability to prioritize tasks while staying exceptionally organized. Must also have above average computer skills including Word and Excel and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
