Summary:
The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the designated region. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Human Resources Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

Organizational Relationship:
Consults and coordinates with Facility and Corporate Management to provide assistance regarding employment recruiting policies and procedures.
Application:
Proficiency in Windows applications: Word, Excel, HR Office and Org Plus.
Proficiency in utilizing an applicant tracking system.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Frequent travel is required.
Minimum Requirements:
Must possess a minimum of 4 years of progressive Human Resource Management or recruiting experience. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required; or equivalent combination of both experience and education. Incumbent must be of excellent moral character to serve as a role model. It is the responsibility of every position to understand and adhere to the security guidelines outlined in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy and to conduct their activities accordingly.
Temporary/Seasonal position with possibility of leading to permanent position.
