Requirements

• Ability to lead, motivate, and empower our team


• Outstanding guest service skills


• Prior restaurant management or leadership role in restaurant or hospitality role


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to recognize problems and resolve the issue with the aid of upper management


• Experience in financial statements, ordering, and inventory management


• Technically competent in restaurant operating systems, learning systems and typical desktop software.


• Strong attention to detail and quality standards while managing time and priorities efficiently.


• Available to work a variety of hours to include evenings, nights and weekends


• Managers work 50 hour weeks, with mandatory 2 consecutive off days
  • Shifts are typically 9am-6pm, 11am-9pm, 12pm-10pm, 2pm-11pm or 3pm-12am
