We are hiring a downstream-focused Global Sr Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of the strategy for the Transcatheter Aortic Valves (TAVI or TAVR) franchise in international markets to achieve global financial and business goals.

In this role, you will drive the marketing strategy and execution to grow the business in all international markets outside the U.S., Europe, and Japan. You will be responsible for driving collaboration with the regions and other functions to ensure successful product life cycle management and drive brand preference in various markets.

A Day in The Life

•Develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies to do the following in the Global Markets:
- Launch new products and programs
- Ensure effective product placement
- Drive market share
- Protect margins
- Increase overall sales
•Drive execution of new product and program launches in partnership with regional marketing leads, and support sales and related activities including advertising, public relations, and strategies, to achieve global/OU product marketing objectives.
•Lead the Market Expansion core team, which consists of cross-functional team members from regulatory, clinical, operations, marketing and more, to define and prioritize addressable markets and determine go-to-market timelines within the Global Markets regions. Be the face of the Global Markets strategy and execution plans with senior leadership.
•Hold regions accountable to launch preparation and training in support of new product and program introductions.
•Partner with regions to conduct competitive analysis and market research, obtain market intelligence for pricing analysis and product positioning.
•Foster positive relationships with key opinion leaders, industry luminaries, and other partners to support therapy acceptance, therapy expansion, and safe and effective use of Medtronic TAVI products.
•Represent Global TAVI interests in global congress planning and execution.

•Travel up to 40% internationally

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

•Bachelor's degree
•Minimum of 7 years of marketing, technical or field sales (5 years with Advanced Degree)
•Commercial experience, in either upstream or downstream marketing
•Experience driving collaboration across regions and functional teams

Nice to Have

•Master's degree/MBA in Business, Marketing strongly preferred
•Experience in international marketing with demonstrated success in understanding and interpreting cultural differences
•Experience leading and/or participating in cross-functional core teams
•Multilingual is a plus
•Multicultural sensitivity and appreciation of how to use diverse perspectives to drive success
•Strong knowledge of the global healthcare markets and the global economy, particularly in developing markets
•Experience developing brand strategy and tactics to grow volume and market share
•Financial analysis and forecasting experience
