The position of warehouse coordinator is to provide administrative support to the manager and branch. To preform duties such as financial record keeping, receiving parts material and supplies, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating shipments with vendors. Deal with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the company. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommend changes in office practices and procedures.
Pay Rate: $14-$18 an hour DOE
Job Responsibilities:
Establish, develop, maintain and update filing system for the manager and branch.
Retrieve information from files when needed.
Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and calls.
Maintain customer records.
Process equipment registrations and warranty parts as well as returns
Sort and distribute mail.
Draft written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary.
Respond to regularly occurring requests for information
Answer phones for manager and branch office.
Take message or field/answer all routine and non-routine questions.
Work in cooperation with other team members to answer phones.
Act as a liaison with other departments in the company.
Handle confidential and non-routine information and explain policies when necessary.
Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
Copy check requests and send to accounts payable travel reimbursement, document corporate credit card expenses.
Maintain a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times.
Maintain a professional image at all times by wearing company approved apparel.
Receive and check in shipments of material.
Perform periodic warehouse inventory.
Abide by all standards of performance and ethics.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred.
Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and any other software used by the company.
Attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Function in a team environment.
Ability to drive a forklift preferred, but not required.
Education/Certification Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Associate’s degree preferred.
Working Conditions:
General office environment and some warehouse.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment.
Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
Have good visual acuity and sufficient auditory functioning to operate computer-aided call management hardware, software and communications equipment.
Ability to work extended hours, nights or weekends.
