OVERVIEW

As an At-Home Shopping Advisor, you are the first point of contact for our shoppers looking for a personalized shopping experience. You create an authentic experience by connecting with customers to help them purchase their desired products, to suggest additional products, and to offer promotions available. SCHEDULES:

2 weeks of ONSITE training begins Monday, November 1. All agents MUST be onsite for training.

Training schedule: 2 weeks of Monday through Friday, 6:00pm-10:00pm. You must not miss any time during training.

 

AVAILABLE SCHEDULES AFTER TRAINING:

At-Home Part Time: Around 20 hours per week and at least  8 hours of the 20 has to be worked during the weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).  These are pick up or bid shifts.  You will choose your shift based on the available hours for the next week. Inquire for details.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist shoppers with placing orders through inbound phone calls


• Advise shoppers on products and promotions that fit their needs


• Provide excellent service over the phone while working on multiple computer screens


• Maintain and effectively articulate knowledge and skill base for policies, procedures, and computerized information systems


• Regular attendance at schedule shifts, team meetings and ongoing training as required


• Demonstrate professionalism and flexibility to meet the changing needs of a 24/7 retail environment

 

QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Minimum six months sales, customer service or related experience


• Keyboard and basic computer skills-including using Windows based programs, navigating the Internet, and willing to learn new technologies


• High School diploma or GED


• Professional, flexible and positive team player


• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate, use decision-making skills and other resources, and resolve conflict in a professional manner


• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
