Project Summaries:
MSI's Africa/Eastern Europe region has a vast portfolio of projects covering a wide range of topics in Armenia, Balkans, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Mali, Mozambique, Nigeria, South Sudan, Ukraine and Zambia. These projects vary in topics from monitoring and evaluation (Mozambique Monitoring and Evaluation Mechanism and Services project), anti-corruption and governance (Armenia OTI), education (Zambia Education Data Activity), health (Zambia Education for Health), as well as peace and conflict resolution (Mali Justice Program). The majority of projects in this region are USAID-funded contracts and provide a great opportunity for exposure to government-funded project management. Occasional travel opportunities to support the region's field offices may be required.
Position Summary:
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing administrative, contractual, financial and logistical aspects of the project. This position reports to the Senior Project Manager.
