What You'll Be Doing:

• Examines and analyzes financial reports (e.g. accounting records, financial statements) in order to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

• Coordinates, monitors and performs a variety of fiscal management and control activities for all BWC divisions, departments and specific vendor.


• ​​​​​​​Prepares weekly reports for analysis on incoming invoices versus paid invoices and monthly reports for production volume, using spreadsheets, charts and database computer software.


• Analyzes and processes invoices received from BWC vendors and EDI transactions received from DAS and OBM and Payment Card transactions received from Bank of America, OBM and BWC employees.

Required Experience and/or Education:

Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 6 mos. exp. or 6 mos. trg. in accounting &/or finance to include an intermediate level of experience in spreadsheet software.

Or 30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in accounting &/or finance to include an intermediate level of experience in spreadsheet software.

Or 12 mos. exp. as Financial Associate, 66561.

Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.

NOTE: Successful completion of the Fiscal Academy may be substituted for 4 months of required accounting/fiscal experience referenced in this portion of the minimum qualifications.
