Job Summary

P32H is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our organization as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant. The Sr. Organizational Development Consultant oversees and executes the development, delivery and evaluation of strategic Organizational Development (OD) and change interventions in support of P32H corporate agenda. This role acts as an advisor and partner in matters related to change management, management/leadership effectiveness, organizational design and development, performance management, leadership coaching and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at P32H. Facilitates conversations and programs that build connections among our diverse workforce. Collaborates with HR and business leadership on effective programs and interventions to build engagement, resolve conflict, improve communications, and improve effectiveness of work teams.

Job Description

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES - what you will be doing:


  • Create, develop and implement organizational development and change initiatives, including transitions in organizational structure and culture.

  • Facilitate change management activities with intact teams and cross functional teams.

  • Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization using best practice Change methodologies.

  • Utilize skills in contracting, diagnosing, data collection and analysis, relationship building, action planning, execution, facilitation and evaluation

  • Develop and support team members and others in implementing organizational development and change initiatives that improve the overall functioning of the department and the organization.

  • Consult on OD issues, including team development, change management, strategic planning, conflict resolution and other organizational issues.

  • Support Talent Management strategy through leadership & staff development, performance management, succession planning, and development planning.

  • Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, change readiness, and success metrics.

  • Facilitate meetings with internal clients to ensure an understanding of current culture.

  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement relevant OD interventions, providing insight, analysis and recommendations.

  • Facilitate system wide and business area specific change initiatives.

  • Design, develop and deliver leadership development interventions.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:


  • Master's degree or equivalent experience

  • MBTI Certified and DiSC certified preferred

  • Leadership Circle Certified preferred

  • Coaching Certification preferred (or at least 3 years coaching experience)

EXPERIENCE (minimum years required):

  • 5-7 years of experience in organizational development and change management

  • Proven experience in change management, leadership coaching and internal consulting

  • 3 years leadership coaching experience

  • Experience facilitating conversations and programs that build connections among diverse workforce.

  • Proven experience in collaborating with HR and business leadership on effective programs and interventions to build engagement, resolve conflict, improve communications, and improve effectiveness of work teams.

  • Ability to work with and communicate with staff at all levels on issues of complex, sensitive, and confidential nature

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Demonstrated excellence in project management.

  • Ability to Facilitate multiple OD interventions simultaneously.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills and business writing skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal business partners.

  • Demonstrated excellence in consulting and in leading organization wide change interventions.

  • Resilient, collaborative, flexible, innovative.

  • Proven ability to translate strategic goals into appropriate OD interventions

  • Team effectiveness expert

  • Retreat design and facilitation

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment

  • Highly collaborative and comfortable navigating organizational dynamics

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of products, including Teams and Powerpoint required

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (include special requirements, e.g., lifting, travel):


  • Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.

  • Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations.

  • May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.
