We are hiring a Global Training & Education Specialist to join our Global Training & Therapy Development Team within our Structural Heart Business. This role will be based in MN with a remote manager with minimal travel requirements.

A Day in the Life:

Content Management
•Help with the creation of training and educational materials and training delivery planning with other departments and workgroups as needed (Program Design, Product Owners/Developers, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations)
•Help evaluate the effectiveness of educational training programs and materials
•Manages the content updates for education, training, and implementation materials
•Work closely with Global Field & Therapy Development organization and geo leaders to enroll new hire field personnel in required training programs.
•Partner with Human Resources to coordinate new hire onboarding
•Work with Instructors on the successful delivery of Global Field & Therapy Development Training programs
•Help develop and execute training and education content and plans for product and application launches and releases for internal stakeholders
•Liaison with Training Coordinators on addition and changes to attendee lists
•Manage participant lists and waitlists on a continuous basis to optimize the training timeline for individuals and to maximize classroom capacity.

Training Coordination
•Manage database as it relates to class schedule, employee data, enrollments, waitlists, completion records and reporting functions.
•Enroll field personnel into Field Force Training Institute (FFTI) and Allego LMS required courses and monitor progress/completion.
•Provide support for instructor/students during exams.
•Creation of training agendas, materials, presentations, resource guides, etc.; ensure updates are conducted in a timely manner
•Coordination of all attendees, facilitators, and presenters
•Ensure all training spaces are set up and ready for learners
•Ensure assessments, surveys and tests are formatted, delivered and tracked accordingly
•Attend trainings and assist facilitators and attendees as needed
•Assist in travel and logistics for both internal and external stakeholders, including international travel
•Works with cross-functional departments and stakeholders as needed to ensure project completion
•Some domestic & International travel possible (10% likely but up to 20% )

Administrative Support
•Proactively takes meeting notes for meetings, conference calls; distributes to team accordingly
•Key resource to ensure the team can navigate internal MDT systems to execute projects in a timely fashion
•Understands budgets, reports on expenses (internal and external) to ensure department objectives are met
•Tracks all actual spends for programs in a legible budget sheet and proactively sends to Director every quarter
•Assist in developing forms for educational tracking needs
•Coordinate and manage field calendar
•Meeting coordination across the team; including in-person and virtual meetings (Zoom, WebEx)
•Travel coordination (responsible for both domestic and international travel)
•Manage department's phone list and master calendar
•Travel as appropriate for meeting logistic coordination (upon approval)

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience in a role involving training and/or tracking of details and data in a corporate setting
•Experience working with cross functional teams
•Microsoft Office Suite experience and other programs

Nice to Have:

•Medtronic experience preferred
•Experience working with internal and external customers
•Experience with systems and programs such as eCATS, EAU, FFTI, Site-builder, Siebel, One Source-PO's, U-Ship, IT Ordering
