Job Description:
According to established procedures, collects and performs limited tests of specimens per physician order. Assists physician and nurse with designated procedures. Performs related secretarial/clerical duties.
MA certification or registration within 90 days of hire required.
Schedule:
M, T, Thurs - 7:00a - 5p
Wed - 7a-6p
Fri - Off work
Experience
Required- One (1) year related medical office experience; or 160-hour externship completed within the last five years in a medical/office setting.
Education
Preferred- Diploma or better in Medical Assisting
Licenses & Certifications
Required- Basic Life Support CPR
