Primary Purpose:

Evaluates, plans, and implements occupational therapy treatment programs for referred patients. Evaluates patients and develops individualized treatment programs consistent with patient's diagnosis, status, and goals. Implements treatment plan and monitors patients response.Knowledge and Skills

Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy. AOTA certification and Ohio occupational therapy license required.

Years of Experience: Prefer one year experience; will consider new graduates. Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
