SUMMARY

The Engineering & Applications Team is the IT Engine that delivers compelling and robust capabilities, products, and solutions to Kimberly-Clark’s business and IT by focusing on cost savings, business growth, as well as connecting with partners and customers. As part of this team, the Senior SA will support full horizon Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Inventory Planning functions, with responsibility for developing and supporting APS related projects or changes undertaken by the IT organization.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Take ownership of overall delivery of the Demand Tow

  • Manage Relationships and expectations across key stakeholders (Business, System Integrator) within original scope of the delivery, working to mitigate multiple constraints and tight timelines

  • Support other team members in providing creative solutions to complex business problems while adhering to best practices

  • Participate in deep-dive business requirements sessions and develop Requirement specification documents

  • Support data management and data integration related activities

  • Support the validation and testing of the Demand Tower

WORKING CONDITIONS: Travel may include approximately 10% to 30% of work time.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Similar

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in any APS tools with deep expertise in Demand Planning, Demand Sensing, Sales & Operations Planning and Control tower.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Kinaxis/BlueYonder tools with hands-on experience in Demand, S&OP, and/or Control tower is mandatory. At least one Project implementation, Enhancement, and/or POC experience is required

  • Participate in design phase of the project, capture detailed business requirements, generate target operating model and develop the solution blue print.

  • Broad, functional knowledge, and systems integration, across a SAP ECC / S4 / APS landscape and working with clients to define requirements

  • Configure Kinaxis Rapid Response or Blue Yonder Luminate as per project specifications

  • Strong knowledge on data management and data integration related activities

  • Ability to work in cross cultural team, virtual environment

  • Ability to provide functional direction to others directly on the project team made up from cross functional areas

  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks; managing own workload according to project plan

  • Good time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines

  • Excellent stakeholder management & good communication skills
