 The Facilities Assistant Project Manager / Planner Scheduler assists the Site Facilities Manager in the day to day operations and project management at the Alpharetta, GA site.


  • Assist the Site Facilities Manager in continual improvement of the facility department to support the Alpharetta, GA site.

  • Operate SAP CMMS to plan, schedule and close PM’s Work Orders and Service Calls.

  • Develop SOP’s and PM schedules for assets and regulatory requirements

  • Assist in planning and execution of capital projects

  • Assist in development of 3 to 5 year facility strategy plan

  • Plan and schedule outside service contractors

  • Maintain KPIs

  • Run cost reports and help maintain budgets

  • Participate in HSE initiatives and activities

  • Participate in QMS activities


High School Diploma or GED

Successful candidate must have successful demonstrated experience within a production organization.  Areas of expertise could be facilities, operations, quality or supply chain.



The facilities department is largely a service organization to the Alpharetta site, impacting all departments.  This position requires excellent organization, verbal and written skills.

Applicant must have successful demonstration of these skills in previous roles throughout their career.

Computer technology is paramount in this role.  Must have good working knowledge of ERP systems and MS office suite, specifically Excel.
