Director, Strategy Execution Consultant at Equifax Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Description:

• What you'll do:




• Works with ICE leadership and other cross-functional teams to ensure priorities are aligned with the strategic objectives and growth initiatives of the Equifax enterprise and enhance cross divisional coordination 




• Develops, plans and provides implementation support of ICE initiatives




• Develops business cases, evaluates execution and reports on ongoing projects and partnerships 




• Design, plan and communicate internally and to customers, while managing risk, establishing and ensuring execution on time, within budget for vertical and for vertical customer




• Performs project assessments by defining the project objectives, requirements and establishing a high level road map in order to ensure project alignment with the strategic plan, customer or vertical initiative




• Works with key internal leaders to develop and drive goals, define parameters and implement detailed plans for projects and initiatives for regions, divisions, verticals and capabilities




• Ensures the work is being performed according to required quality standards, and changes are managed appropriately




• Establishes project and program management standards, using industry best practices and enterprise standards, in order to drive efficiency and consistency within projects throughout all phases of project management




• Consolidates project/process data using predefined reporting tools and methods in order to monitor project/process performance and provide leadership team performance metrics to drive business group performance




• Meets all business unit/vertical budget targets




• Makes decisions guided by policies in nonstandard situations that impact the achievement of customer, operational, or project objectives 




• Establish and  lead communication plan to facilitate alignment and delivery of ICE initiatives with ICE leaders and across management stakeholders 

What experience do you need?

• Minimum 7-10 years of related experience in business strategy and execution




• Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred




• Demonstrated expertise in communication, presentation skills, sales and consulting




• Minimum 5 years experience managing multiple priorities and drive strategic initiatives




• Proven ability to drive and implement sales and profit enhancing strategies
