Job description

• Lead all aspects of Performance Testing including test requirements, test planning, complex test scripting for UI and API services, test execution, results analysis, and results reporting


• Design, develop, implement, and maintain test processes and diagnostic programs for assigned projects.


• Have experience with Workload model preparation. Good knowledge of performance troubleshooting using heap dumps and thread dumps.


• Excellent ability to translate business requirements and NFRs into performance test strategy, test scenarios and load profile.


• Plan and coordinate test scripting and execution and reporting.


• Good knowledge on Web services and Cloud application performance testing


• Significant experience with performance tools such LRE, Load Runner and Jmeter.


• Experience in Performance testing, Load testing, Endurance testing, Stress testing.


• Experience in agile development model.


• Good understanding of factors influencing performance of software applications at multiple layers including Database, network, CPU utilization, memory analysis performance monitors.


• Find the root cause of performance bottlenecks using performance monitoring and profiling tools like AppDynamics and Splunk.


• Knowledge on Oracle database and SQL queries.


• Drive performance issue resolution, direct triage, drive participation and discussion, execute effective communications on Performance results
