Description

FNBC Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to join our community banking team. The home office location is Ash Flat.  After initial training, there may be some flexibility with work location at a branch office. This position offers potential career growth opportunities, including into leadership positions.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Processing, verifying and servicing all booked loans


• HMDA and CRA


• Ensuring that the bank's HMDA process complies with all the regulatory requirements and changes


• Perform monthly compliance monitoring/audits to ensure adherence to bank policy, laws and regulations


• Ensure the proper services are received by customers by executing policies and procedures that are specific and proficient to the goals of the company


• Using specific methods to assure regulatory fulfillment is in place


• Using current processes and systems in order to maintain controls


• Providing exceptional customer service in accordance to our established standards


• Be a contributing team member for the achievement of bank and team goals, and expectations
   
  Qualifications
  The following qualifications will be ideal for this open position:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree and/or professional certifications preferred


• Experience with Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) strongly preferred


• Strong computer skills


• Impeccable written and oral communication skills


• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality


• Comfortable working in fast-paced environment with little to no supervision


• Detail-oriented with a mind for numbers
