Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Buffalo Grove, IL

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer role involves process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality, and delivery improvements in order to sustain business for one of our most notable clients.

What a typical day looks like:

• Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters




• Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies.




• Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.




• Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities and yields.




• Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of at least 5 years or experience in scientific molding




• Troubleshooting Tooling Experience




• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.




• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.




• Strong interpersonal skills
