Job Functions:

• Reflects the Northwest Way and builds strong relationships with internal and external customers to create Customers for Life


• Communicates with office personnel, sales team members, fellow technicians, and management to ensure top quality customer service


• Applies appropriate products to labels standards


• Safely operates company equipment, including company vehicle


• Load the materials on the truck and take them to the jobsite


• Arrive on time to the schedule


• Inspect worksite for safety hazards and notify the superintendent of any dangers


• Complete any necessary prep work for proper installation


• Install insulating materials according to the work order


• Perform quality checks after products are installed


• Clean the work area


• Complete the necessary paperwork as required for job pay and inventory accountability


• Perform warehouse duties that may include cleaning, inventory, loading and unloading trucks and trailers


• Comply with company safety policies and procedures and report any accident promptly to the field superintendent


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen.  Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity


• Able to lift and move ladders larger than 32 foot, and climb 60 feet 


• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.


• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.


• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
