You will report to the Chief Product Officer and improve the effectiveness and impact of the entire R&D  organization by ensuring operational effectiveness, improving information flow and communication, and acting as the “glue” for the CPO leadership team. This person will effectively act as the CPO’s Chief of Staff and be a trusted voice to the CPO.

Tricentis R&D organization is responsible for product discovery & delivery and includes all aspects of Product, Ux, Engineering, CloudOps, Product Security, and DevRel.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Organization

• Assist the Chief Product Officer in building and maintaining a culture of accountability,


• accomplishment, continuous improvement and teamwork


• Build and lead the operational cadence for the R&D organization that aligns with the corporate operational cadence. This includes internal and exec-level roadmap reviews, organization-wide planning and status updates on initiatives


• Lead the organization-wide budgeting and tracking efforts in partnership with FP&A and the CPO leadership team


• Ensure the Chief Product Officer has the information needed from stakeholders to make timely decisions


• Coordinate the R&D organization input into coporate-level business reviews and board meetings


• Act as a liaison between R&D and HR, helping with key recruiting initiatives, overseeing culture initiatives, reviewing organizations structure 


• Work with the Program Management Organization (PMO) to define, align on, and implement effective processes.

Communication

• Ensure that communication from the CPO to the leadership team, R&D


• organization and company are delivered on time to improve decision making and alignment


• Provide the CPO with an unbiased, organization-focused view of initiatives, priorities, and decisions within the product and engineering organization

WHAT YOU BRING TO TRICENTIS

• World-class project management and organizational intelligence including solid organizational skills, discipline, attention to details and accountability, and strength in juggling multiple priorities 


• Experience managing large programs and software engineering teams


• Demonstrated ability and history of communicating diplomatically by default but with an equal ability to have hard conversations at all levels including the C-suite


• Ability to think and act strategically


• Management experience


• 10+ years’ experience in a product management/product operations/software engineering role across multiple time zones 


• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 


• Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests 


• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on occasion


• Curiosity, desire to learn and adapt
