The Process Improvement Analyst role at SingleSource functions as the link between data insights and process improvement. This role is two-pronged: work directly with data analysts and engineers to gather and present insights around processes and production; work in tandem with business units and operational leaders to initiate and implement positive change to processes and production. This role is key in improving the processes and workflows that add value to our customers, improve quality and eliminate waste.
This role requires an ability to have an eye for detail and the ability to lead multiple projects and initiatives collaborating with a team of cross-departmental managers. In partnership with the team, you will use data to identify potential improvement, then optimize processes while ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, and finally complete the cycle to investigate and report return on investment against each initiative. This role requires superior creative and critical thinking, as well as decisiveness. There will be a heavy focus on ensuring our teams understand the changes being implemented from each initiative as well as feel ready and confident to incorporate them. This role will live in a fast-paced & ambiguous environment with constant change and a rapidly growing team.
Intelligence Gathering and Analysis
· Collaborate with business leaders and data engineering team to identify and mine data as guided by each business lines' needs
Utilize data and process modeling to craft appropriate solutions that meet business requirements. Conducts thorough business diagnostics to identify, quantify and prioritize value creation projects.
Prepare and present recommendations to business units, IT/development teams, and/or committees for review and response.
Assess risks associated with current and proposed processes against business objectives and ensure alignment with SingleSource and business unit risk appetite and requirements.
Responsible for overseeing implementation deliverables, cost estimates, cost-benefit analysis, and providing the rationale on how process improvement opportunities will assist in accomplishing business objectives more efficiently.
Consult with the line of business to evaluate and oversee an organization's operations or technology processes. Develops solutions to optimize process efficiency, reduce processing time, and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with development teams and the business to identify current gaps and opportunities to enhance the customer and vendor experience.
Implementation and Results
Develop a framework for requirements gathering, properly assess changes needed to close gaps, refine processes, increase efficiency and quality, enhance systems, and/or increase customer/agent satisfaction.
Design, implement and improve operational processes and workflows for the most efficient and effective customer and vendor experience.
Consult with all levels of the organization to ensure that introduction of new processes is smooth and effective and sustains or improves the quality of output.
Mentor individuals and teams to build capabilities.
Leverage strong relationships with the Line of Business to ensure continuous improvement after initial implementation.
Drive the execution of process requirements related to pivotal initiatives and foundational improvements.
