The Solar Electrical Technician will be responsible for ensuring that Trinity Solar installations are executed to code and meet Trinity Solar company standards. The Solar Electrical Tech will be responsible for working with the installation team and coordinating such projects with various internal departments at Trinity Solar.
Roles & Responsibilities
Install electrical service equipment, wiring and devices required for the installation of residential solar PV systems.
Ensure electrical systems meet company standard job specifications, the National Electrical Code and other relevant local codes.
Be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked truck which will include tools and materials to perform the daily tasks.
Properly assess the tasks and execute the installation of the electrical equipment.
Qualifications & Experience
Must have National Electrical Code (NEC) knowledge (Specifically Articles 690, 691, 692, 705, 710).
Must have the ability to trouble shoot projects.
Must have the ability to multi-task and effectively manage time.
Solar experience preferred in Residential properties.
Equipment operator experience preferred, to include trencher etc.
Minimum 4-5 years with electrical or solar experience.
