Job Description:

Accountabilities:


  • Help to meet or exceed annual revenue objectives.

  • Manage customer renewal roadmap and associated retention plans/actions to ensure protection of base revenue.

  • Develop marketing and communication plans that benefit brand awareness and brand credibility.

  • Secure meeting appointments, gather information on customer needs, manage customer objections, Contact and meet with account decision makers to determine the business needs to penetrate new business opportunities.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and customer trouble shooting (beyond our normal customer support function).

  • Develop planning regimen to identify and track revenue trends, recognize new use case opportunities, and analyze competitive threats.

  • Understand the value of products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and articulate key benefits in a manner meaningful to a customer. Provide on-site customer support where and when needed. Clearly demonstrate your understanding of pricing, administrative procedures, and organization to effectively answer client questions, lobbying queries or questions regarding implementing solutions in a timely fashion,

  • Maintain a current understanding of competitor offerings (i.e., price, product, service, or solution) so that you can effectively sell over that offered by its competitors.

  • Formulate a professional development plan with your manager with respect to internal/external educational programs so that your knowledge can be leveraged across responsibilities.

  • Perform needed client related duties as required.






Qualifications:



  • BS/BA in business,

  • Customer facing experience is desirable.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, time management and forecasting skills.

  • Develop an in depth understanding of products and solutions and how they apply to the customer needs.

  • Understanding the political environment as it relates tour government business and how it impacts our go-to-market strategies.

  • Able to engage with strategic stakeholders to build relationships and manage risk.

  • Able to effectively work across functions and effectively network both internally and externally.

  • Exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and solution knowledge in order to work cohesively as part of a cross functional team, accomplishing mutually aligned business objectives.





This position requires up to 10%-20% travel.
