(Contingent upon available funding): 17.46 - 19.64, Hourly Work Schedule: Typically, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week; occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary:

The Grants Services Coordinator-Post Award conducts and assists post award activities for all grantsand contracts at OSU Center for Health Science using knowledge of grant andcontract management rules and regulations, technical expertise, and analyticalskills. Helps manage Cayuse implementation of SP and/orPost Award modules. Transitionsproposals to awards. Initiates awardsand transitions them to post-award accounting.


Overseesinternal/inward-facing processes such as initiating grant reports to principalinvestigators, fielding questions of allowability, processing salaryredistributions, processing grant personnel actions (EPAFs), managing effortreporting, and initiating bank deposits. Provide liaison assistance to CHSgrant accountants, CHS pre-award staff, PIs, the Stillwater campus, and otherstakeholders regarding grant award matters. Monitor and maintain various grantfiles.

Education & Experience Position Qualifications:


Required:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-Experience with grants, project management, account maintenance, compliance, donor or faculty relations or similar experience
-Valid Driver's License



Skills,
Proficiencies
and Knowledge:- Ability to do grant accounting, reconciliations, grant administration,billing, and/or financial analysis
- Intermediate or above Excel and Wordskills
- Must work independently while also being an effective team member
- Must possessthe ability to work on several projects simultaneously and efficiently



Preferred:- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience research administration in a higher education setting
- Banner experience
