The successful candidate will possess:



  • Assertiveness to drive processes and direct field inquiries daily;

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow complex internal processes;

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Drafting various healthcare agreements including Medical Director Agreements and Coordination Agreements;

  • Drafting correspondence to physician groups and internal memos;

  • Act as first point of contact for our field operators on legal inquiries;

  • Working directly with field support to obtain critical information for drafting healthcare-specific agreements;

  • Participating in agreement review process and maintaining tracking spreadsheets;

  • Supporting administrative reporting requirements of the legal operations group;

  • Supporting other team members on special projects, as needed;

  • Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned;

  • Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed or required;

  • Know, understand, and be able to socialize and guide follow teammates in accordance with company guidelines, employment policies, and procedures; and

  • Consistent and punctual attendance.





Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or AA degree required

  • Paralegal certificate required;

  • 3 - 5 years' experience in a corporate legal/ legal environment required

  • Healthcare experience preferred

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills and a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

Salary/ Wage Range

$20.43 to $30.00



Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
