Data Analyst- Communications at DaVita in Denver, Colorado

• We're looking for a strategic and intellectually curious Data Analyst to join Team Mercury - DaVita's integrated Marketing and Communications team. This individual will be responsible for providing business insights, supporting high priority initiatives from inception to presentation of results, and serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical team members.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Investigate and anticipate critical business questions and opportunities and deliver insights to all levels of leadership


• Develop and evolve reporting dashboards to address business requirements


• Maintain and refresh existing KPI dashboards


• Build relationships across lanes and other departments with the ability to communicate professionally and proactively


• Innovate procedures and initiate new projects based on needs


• Assist in managing ETL data pipelines and data resources


• Assemble and organize relevant data for specific projects from an array of data sources


• Understand the healthcare landscape and changing policies and conditions and their implication on the business


• Maintain a strong level of expertise in industry-leading communications measurement and analytic approaches


• Design and conduct primary and secondary research projects as needed


• Partner with external partners and vendors as appropriate

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's degree helpful


• 3+ years of relevant experience in data cleansing, reporting, and visual analytics


• Strong ability to dissect a problem into an organized approach and quickly form a hypothesis against which to run analyses


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to share insights to team leaders through both verbal & written presentations


• 3-5 years of experience with Tableau OR Tableau Certification


• 2+ years ETL Processing (Alteryx or similar tool)


• Experience with website analytics and social media measurement/monitoring tools


• Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance, with ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines and keep manager and internal stakeholders updated on progress

Preferred:

• Google Analytics, Microsoft suite, MS Access


• Python, SQL experience


• Interest in Healthcare, marketing analytics, communications reporting
