As a Machine Operator for the flag ship facility of Medical Solutions Division at 3M, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Ensuring you own safety by following all related policies.


• Operating production equipment, inspecting, and packing product safely and according to standards.


• Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications.


• Supporting the team when working with other Operators, and Service Groups to optimize processes including timeliness of product flow.


• Contributing to continuous improvement and problem solving

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)


• Willing to work 8, 10, 12 hour rotating shifts depending on shift availability, overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• One (1) year of manufacturing experience.​
