General: As a member of the OnePeak team, your goal will be to keep our patients as happy and healthy as possible! This role will require you to perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, the duties listed below. In this position you will work collaboratively with all internal and external staff to support patient care, exhibit flexibility, and a can-do attitude. The Provider Recruitment and Relations Coordinator serves as the essential resource between OnePeak Medical's Provider Group and the Administrative Team, driving the continued growth and development of the Provider Group.

Provider Recruitment:


  • Develop and maintain a strong and plentiful candidate pipeline through strategic sourcing, including networking, job board and social media utilization, trade shows, recruitment fairs and presentation to residency and fellowship programs.

  • Monitor and maintain the recruitment budget.

  • Coordinate the development of strategic provider recruitment plans.

  • Screen new and potential provider candidates.

  • Coordinate and conduct in-person and virtual interviews with candidates.

  • Shepherd each candidate through the recruitment process.

  • Coordinate and manage on site visits for potential candidates.

  • Visit OnePeak Clinics to manage understanding of the clinical requirements for recruitment purposes.

  • Conduct candidate professional reference checks.

  • Assist Human Resources and other administrative team members with contract preparation (including start date, onboarding details, patient care hours, contract type, wage, etc.) and negotiations with potential candidates.

  • Maintain outstanding communications and positive relationships with provider candidates.

Provider Onboarding:


  • Assist Human Resources and Billing departments with hiring documents, credentialing information, DEA, licensure, and training information.

  • Oversee classroom preparation and all logistics for Peak Bootcamp (online university modules, etc.)

  • Oversight of new provider onboarding activities and tasks using current project management software.

  • Determine and manage schedule for onboarding and training activities.

  • Coordination of provider 1:1 training at designated clinics.

  • Assist Practice Managers with oversight and management of schedules/patients for 1:1 training.

  • Ensure all preparation for training has been completed (lab reviews, paperwork, and any other necessary documentation/prep).

Provider Relations Management:


  • Follow up with administration during the first year after periodic check-ins with the new providers and survey feedback to confirm. needs and follow up items are being addressed/supported.

  • Manages provider contracts and/or changes to contracts.

  • Assist CPO with management and tracking of each provider's progress towards their annual plan document.

  • Assist Human Resources and CPO/Provider Management with time out tracking for providers.

  • Oversee Provider on call schedule with assistance from Billing and Scheduling Coordinator.

Other:


  • Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects that require detail orientation.

  • Other relevant duties as required.

Qualifications


  • Must be able to work independently and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to manage relationships across all levels of the organization

  • Assertive and responsive in communication and follow up

  • Successfully meet established targets and metrics while maintaining a full workload

  • Must be tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and similar tools

Education and Experience


  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred

  • 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment and/or Onboarding preferred

  • Health care background preferred

$70,000.00
