The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for forecasting and scheduling all Blusource shipments. This role also ensures all shipments are tracked and communicates any changes in shipments to all stakeholders.

Education, Experience, and Proficiencies:
Hold or are working towards a bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Shipping/logistics experience preferred
background as a team leader and/or people manager preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Sage 100 (ERP) and ScanCo (WMS) preferred
Familiarity with WorldShip, Starship, and OzLink preferred
Forklift certified

You Will Be Accountable For:
Managing and coordinating daily and weekly shipping forecasts.
Scheduling all shipments in and out of Blusource and printing shipping labels.
Overseeing all outbound shipment tracking and communicating to stakeholders.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and fun working environment in the shipping area/loading dock.
Leading, managing, and holding accountable all members of the shipping team.
Adhering to all safety procedures and established workplace rules.
Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Lift and carry 30-50-pounds throughout the workday.
Tolerate moderate to high noise level in warehouse.
Vision abilities required are color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Perform steady pace of work while completing repetitive physical movements: stand, kneel, push and pull objects, reaching with hands and arms, etc.
Ability to work in non-air-conditioned warehouse during the summer with large fans creating moderate air flow.
