  • Here is what a day at this job will look like!

As a Member Service Representative you will…


  • Work with members to complete transactions (i.e. deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers) including cash handling.

  • Help advise members on products and services that may be beneficial to their current financial situation.

  • Count, receive, and distribute cash.

In this role, you will get to provide guidance and help to our members meet their financial goals. The team is a fun supportive group, and your manager promotes growth within the team by providing hands-on coaching and training. If you enjoy a fast paced and learning environment, then this position will be a great fit for you.

Our ideal candidate will bring to the team…


  • 1 year of customer service experience

  • Sales and cash handling experience preferred

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • This position requires physical, in-person, face-to-face interaction.

  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available.

 Your compensation:

$20.00 - $23.00 / Hour - Depending on experience and $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Your hours:

Mon- Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 9am-1pm
