Job Description:

Leepfrog Technologies, Inc. provides its CourseLeaf software to more than 450 of the nation's most academically complex colleges and universities to manage their academic catalogs, curriculum, section scheduling, and student course search requirements. The CourseLeaf Curriculum Inventory Management system (CIM) improves how new and existing courses and programs are modified, tracked, and approved. The software is designed to manage program and course updates all online; creating a consistent process for clients.

The CIM Specialist Supervisor is primarily responsible for supervising CIM Specialists to complete high quality and accurate work while meeting client implementation timelines. This position is responsible for directing the team as they make configuration changes in CIM during the implementation phase of a project through to the hand off to support. This position will coordinate with the Integration Analyst Team to provide direction on form-builder best practices. The CIM Specialist Supervisor should have experience as a CIM Specialist or Business Analyst. The CIM Specialist Supervisor will also be expected to step in on projects as needed to assist with making changes and finishing projects according to client timelines.

Duties:

Supervise, manage, and motivate a team of CIM Specialists to meet project goals and timelines through performance coaching, technical coaching, customer service coaching, and career planning.
Coordinate with other departments to meet team goals.
Develop strategies, processes, and tools to ensure high quality, accurate and complete projects.
Participate in team planning and goal setting; including identifying issues, providing input and making recommendations regarding tools, projects, products, processes, metrics, standards, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Leepfrog software and how it can be configured, customized and implemented to meet client requirements.
Develop deep understanding of client needs for their curriculum requirements.
Assists CIM Specialists with high quality, accurate, and timely project completion as they:

Use CourseLeaf software to maintain forms in CIM including configuration changes, workflow configuration changes, and light HTML and technical changes.
Provides form-builder feedback to the internal team for review.
Accurately and quickly translates client requests and implements client feedback into CIM forms.
Maintain effective customer service relationship with clients.
Writes reports and documentation as needed.
Other tasks as needed for successful project completion.
