Overhead Door Company of Northeast Kansas™, a DH Pace Company aspires to hire an Branch Administrative Representative in Topeka, Kansas who has strong customer service skills to assist in our Residential department!


Job Responsibilities:



  • Customer Service/Billing

  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Financial Reports

  • Contract Administration

  • Answering phones

  • Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements:



  • Two to four years of customer service and Administrative experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Computer proficient.

  • Successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer relation skills and ability to handle different personalities types.

  • Detailed oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
