Job Description:

Overhead Door Company of Atlanta™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire a Customer Service Representative II for our Peachtree Corners, Atlanta location! The ideal candidate will be expected to represent the company in a professional manner by acting as a liaison between the customer and the company. They should be self-starting with strong attention to detail, excellent verbal, and written communication skills. The candidate should have a strong ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment, be a fast learner with exceptional organizational skills, and excellent attendance.


  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls and customer emails.

  • Promote all products, services, and quote accurate pricing when appropriate.

  • Escalate customer issues to upper management.

  • Maintain current knowledge of products and services.

  • Interface internally with company leadership.

  • Assist Customer Service Manager by providing support for additional tasks as requested.


  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of one year in a customer service role and supervising a team of 5 or more.

  • Retail/Restaurant experience is a plus.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Good phone etiquette.

  • An outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers.

  • Excellent time management skills.
