Job Description:

DH Pace Carolina, a DH Pace Company, is looking to hire a Sales Support Representative to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The Representative should have strong customer service skills and logical aptitude. Will support sales and service teams through estimating projects, creating sales proposals and material, occasional field checks and site meetings, nurturing vendor and sales relations, and as needed calling existing and potential commercial customers for information and potential project up sales. Sales/Construction experience preferred but all training will be provided. Entry level position.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and solve needs.

  • Cultivate commercial sales in the Carolinas. Provide inside sales support for all CDS departments in the Mid-Atlantic Region, and overflow as needed.

  • Maintains and updates Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) daily.

  • Be responsible for achieving sales objectives.  Call on existing and potential furnish and deliver accounts to bring in additional counter/showroom sales volume.

  • Estimate, detail, and submit final proposals and sales material to customers.

  • Maintain follow up schedule to check on active bid jobs.

  • Assists with estimation system / folders and quotes for sales / service departments.

  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Must possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.

  • Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers.

  • Must have good time management skills, organization, and the ability to multi-task.
