Sr. Manager - Digital Operations / CMS - Remote

Work Mode: Remote

The Sr. Manager of Digital
Operations is a new role created to support the growing needs of Kohler Company
and requires set of diverse skills to support Digital Experience, Content, and
Merchandising across day-to-day campaign management, offer management, content
management, personalization, and search tuning activities. Managing a team of
digital subject matter experts in Adobe Experience Manager, Lucidworks Fusion,
and Commercetools, this leader will be responsible for guiding and educating
our cross-functional business teams on digital standard operating procedures,
best practices, and providing consulting and execution services in these
systems for our business partners as needed. This role will be supporting our
Consumer Channel businesses across the  Kohler, Sterling Plumbing, Ann Sacks,
Kallista, and Robern brands for our North American markets.

Marketing, Merchandising, Content Production, Product Data, User Experience
Design, eCommerce Development, Analytics, Information Technology, and Customer
Service as we continue to develop and enhance digitial experiences across

This role will report directly
to the Director of Digital Experience and Analytics.


Create new and maintain
existing Standard Operating Procedures for content management (Adobe Experience
Manager), search engine tuning (Lucidworks Fusion), and offer management
Support online product
life-cycle activities (launch, enhancement, & end of life) thru oversight
of existing pipeline processes such as: content activation, personalization for
customer segments, on-site search and filtering relevance, and price
configuration of offers.  
Analyze workflow data and
identify the most impactful and meaningful areas of opportunity to optimize
internal productivity utilizing our marketing technology stack
Prioritize and execute on
identified opportunities for reducing time to market, increasing foundational
process consistency, automation where practical, and increasing quality of work
Establish internal service
level targets for "best case scenario" workflows including contingency workflow
processes with cost and delivery implications.



Exceptional ability to communicate
highly complex concepts that need to be distilled into actionable tasks by
associates that are new to a given workflow or task
Ability to quickly identify
root cause of workflow breakdowns and recommend alternative viable solutions to
recover from such breakdowns
Ability to manage a team of
highly skilled individuals across varied disciplines
Willing to break down
functional silos to drive measurable business results


Bachelor's required. Master's
degree preferred. Preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management,
or Information Systems.
Certificates in eCommerce
Management and Operations preferred.

8+ years required professional
experience supporting merchandising, retail, and eCommerce systems.
Experience with large-scale
Content Management Systems required. (Adobe Experience Manager highly preferred).
Experience working with
Document Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM)
systems required. (OpenText and  preferred).
Experience working with
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software required. (SAP or Salesforce
Sales Cloud preferred).
Understanding of integrated eCommerce
system workflows (i.e. content, data, functional capabilities, configurations,
production orchestration across environments, etc).
Minimal travel as needed.
