In this role, you will the opportunity to significantly shape and own how we think about talent acquisition within our multiple lines of business. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, the successful candidate will work closely with our global leadership team to develop and execute an effective talent acquisition strategy.

What you'll do:

• Build, engage, manage, and develop team capability to proactively source and build diverse candidate pools
• Partner closely with leadership to ensure we are hiring the best talent globally and delivering the right results for the business in each region
• Partner with key stakeholders to determine future talent needs and appropriate sourcing strategies
• Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress
  
  

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of Recruiting and/or HR experience
• Experience building, coaching and managing a recruiting team
• Experience creating and executing effective talent acquisition strategies
