Job Description:

This position supports design of innovative and engaging sales training content for our U.S. Commercial and Government training programs. This individual contributor partners closely with our Sales and USMNC Learning CoE as well as Internal Customer Representatives to design and develop training. Recognizing the immediacy and accessibility needs for our audience, the role is responsible for identifying the best tools and design approach to bring content to life focusing on a modular, micro-learning approach.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Acts as face of PE&E Instructional Design team throughout content design and development process. Act as ongoing point of contact for sponsors and stakeholders. Gather and influence consensus among stakeholders, manage project from design to delivery with agreed upon milestones met and delivery date.

  • Participates in the strategy setting discussions with PE&E ID Manager, Internal Customer representation, and Subject Matter Experts, and delivers training strategy based on training roadmap and segment priorities.

  • Collaborates with other functions to ensure that course materials reflect current specifications and to obtain information on new processes, IT programs, and equipment

  • Designs strategic and innovative solutions for development, deployment, retention, reinforcement as well as measurement of results.

  • Design/Develops video learning using Camtasia or Vyond

  • Design/Develops web based learning using Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite/Camtasia

  • Design/Develops learning job aids, interactive PDFs, digital magazines, infographics

  • Utilizes skills to support design of both Instructor-led programs as well as eLearning content

  • Supports complete end to end design from storyboarding to ELearning design on projects as needed

  • Demonstrates technical writing and script writing expertise in creating resources

  • Familiarity with Brainshark or other training platform to house and launch training

  • Develop training in an Agile project environment to meet the changing needs of sales

  • Mentor and train team members on eLearning tools or Instructional Design and Adult learning theories

  • Updates existing courses based on business needs and ongoing evaluation of training effectiveness

POSITION REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor's Degree required and/or Professional Certifications in Learning and Development considered

  • Expert in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Minimum 4 years' experience developing visually outstanding digital learning objects such as video and eLearning programs

  • High proficiency in video, screen and audio capture, editing and graphics in an instructional or training setting

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Working knowledge instructional design methodology

  • Strong project and process management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environment

  • Experience with Camtasia, Adobe Presenter, Captivate, Articulate Storyline, InDesign, Powerpoint, Brainshark

  • Knowledge and experience using the following methodologies-ADDIE/SAM Methodology/AGILE Instructional Design

  • Proficient in webinar & conference call management

  • Experience with development of podcasts and mobile learning solutions

  • Team player with proven ability to manage strong working relationships within a matrix organization

  • Knowledge of Healthcare a plus

  • Learning Management System Administration experience a plus

  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time

DEMONSTRATION/WORK SAMPLES

  • Candidate will be required to conduct a training demonstration using original materials they have developed

This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
