Who Are You?

You are a forward-thinking, multi-disciplined integrated producer who can juggle, execute and deliver production solutions across multiple platforms: short and long form video, digital and social. Additional experience with print, branded partnerships, influencer marketing and experiential is a plus. You seek to lead your own projects under the mentorship of other seasoned producers and expand your production skillset beyond traditional advertising production models.

Responsibilities:


    • The Producer has a willingness to learn and explore beyond their core.

    • He or she is responsible for communication with necessary production, creative and account service people to facilitate workflow.

    • He or she is responsible for collaborating on innovative ideas and taking them from concept through execution and delivery.

    • Be a tireless advocate for the creative process, so that the best ideas come to life, while always looking for the best way to provide solutions on time and budget.

    • Attend briefing, kick off, pre pro and review meetings.

    • You will serve as the day-to-day producer under executive production leadership

    • Managing the day-to-day operations and timelines of projects and creative teams internally.

    • Building relationships with all vendors to support creative projects and oversee the logistics management for project operations.

    • Managing client's expectations and giving recommendations when required.

Content/Broadcast Priorities:


    • Responsible for all aspects of pre-production, production and postproduction.

    • Presents production budgets and schedules and addresses production related questions for internal and external clients.

    • Provides input for director and vendor selection process.

    • Directs activities (casting, shooting, creating product) of staff and/or external parties involved in production activities.

    • Arranges for timely delivery of materials to Agency and clients.

    • Responsible for projects from initial pitch, through discovery, concepting, design, development, and QA final deliverables.

Qualifications:


    • 3+ years of production experience (ideally within an agency setting).

    • Website or Reel must be submitted with demonstrated experience.

    • Passionate student of the industry, and its development.

    • A base knowledge of industry talent and vendors.

    • Appetite to produce work in all specialties (Digital, Social, Broadcast, Radio, Print, Experiential)

    • Collaborative yet confident.

    • Proficient in industry software and systems.

    • Nimble.

    • Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    • Brilliant team player and work ethic.

    • Understanding of all processes involved in a production lifecycle (video, design, digital).

    • Budget preparation skills.
