As a Business Experience Planning & Administration Specialist within PNC's Asset Management (AMG) & Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) organizations, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Other PNC locations will be considered.

Job Description


  • Provides support and assistance for implementation and/or administrative efforts for line of business initiatives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.

  • Identifies more complex problems and provides advice and resolution in support of line of business initiatives.

  • Partners with other departments or other functional areas in support of line of business initiatives.

  • Independently provides data collection, research and reporting for assigned line of business initiatives.

  • Recommends and delivers best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.

Planning: Tactical, Strategic – Ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.

Problem Solving – Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
