What Will Your Job Look Like?
The Equipment Coordinator is a member of the MTM finance department and is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and set-up of IT equipment to support business needs. This position will work closely with the Asset and Inventory Control team members providing accurate, timely communications to both internal and external customers and prioritize tasks to support the business. The Equipment Coordinator will also manage end of life disposition of equipment as necessary.
Primary contact for repair and maintenance of all IT assets
Provide IT equipment setup for local office sites
Responsible for maintenance and service of IT equipment
Troubleshoot and repair computers, phones, headsets and other peripherals
Respond to ticket, email and telephone support requests
Adhere to inventory procedures to maintain timely and accurate data
Maintains accurate record keeping for individual repairs
Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments throughout the organization to provision and support equipment needs
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external contacts
Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed
Lead special projects and implementations as required by management
All you need is...
High school diploma or G.E.D.
1+ years’ prior experience troubleshooting and repair of IT equipment required
Even better if you have...
Experience troubleshooting computers, phones, headsets and other peripherals
Experienced in computer hardware, installation, maintenance and repair
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
Able to work independently and within a team
Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Office
Must have good organizational skills
