Hocking Valley Community Hospital (HVCH) is currently seeking an experienced Lead Social Worker (Master's Prepared) join our friendly, hard-working team for the following shifts:

Case Management and Social Services - Part Time, Days

HVCH is a 25 bed critical access hospital (CAH) with a 10 bed geriatric psych unit, and a Rural Health Clinic with Family and Pediatric services. We have over 325 employees who serve the residents and visitors of rural Logan, Ohio. HVCH has various ancillary and 24-hour emergency care services offering excellent health and well-being aide to Hocking County and surrounding areas. We are nestled in the heart of the beautiful Hocking Hills Region in southeastern Ohio. We are affiliated with OSU Wexner Medical Center and part of the Ohio State Health Network. We Require

Master's prepared or Master's degree from school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
At least two years of social work experience in a health care setting.
Physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities sufficient to perform essential functions.
Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Current Social Worker license to practice in the state of Ohio.
