Reporting to the Executive Director of Enterprise Information Systems and User Services, the ERP Functional Analyst is responsible for several functional and technical aspects of Stetson University's ERP Banner system including testing functional operations of Banner modules, application development, data analysis, troubleshooting, report generation, and associated client support.
The ERP Functional Analyst will serve on technology-related committees and Banner functional committees. The Analyst provides best-practice guidance on the Banner ERP, associated applications and assists in adoption of Banner-related modules by other functional units.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assistance/direct involvement for the following products, projects, initiatives, and groups:
MyStetson portal including its native mobile app
Development of authenticated web-applications
Real Time Data transfer using APIs
Banner Document Management
Banner and Rundeck Job Scheduler
Slate-Technolutions (Admissions CRM)
Functional liaison for EIS with all functional units - including One Stop and College of Law
Manage helpdesk tickets for EIS
Work with end users, IT staff and programmers to troubleshoot issues with all EIS programs and third-party programs (Banner, Argos, BDM, MyStetson Portal, Degree Audit, Slate, Federal Financial Aid software)
Banner Data Integrity and reconciliation
Create reports using extensive SQL in ARGOS
Perform SQL queries to maintain data integrity for the Banner database. Work closely with the Helpdesk Team by communicating about known issues and troubleshooting issues as they come up. This includes working with the College of Law Helpdesk Team.

Required Skills

Ability to rapidly master new and emerging computing technologies
Expertise with relational databases, especially Oracle, and programming languages like Java, PLSQL and Python Solid technical experience with web-application development, creating and executing complex SQL queries and writing reports using the same.

Familiarity with custom bridges from various third-party applications to/from Banner
Experience with Argos Reporting, BDM, and user training

Required Experience
BA/BS degree in computing technology or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience of at least 4 years, or at least 3 years' experience working within an ERP system
Experience in higher education strongly preferred
Ellucian Banner experience a strong plus
