The Repair Operations Agent has a deep understanding of repairs, parts management, and scheduling for customer appointments and employee labor. Key Responsibilities


  • Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships, networking, and providing solutions to everyday needs.

  • Supports repair orders and transfers of products between services and retail.

  • Executes operational tasks and ensures overall standard operating procedure compliance.

  • Makes sound financial decisions about waste, exceptions, and disposal as it relates to impacting local profit and loss.

  • Oversees weekly cycle counts and parts inventory.

  • Participates in labor support, allocation, and optimization and assists with customer appointment scheduling.

  • Orders supplies, tools and merchandise as needed.

  • Receive devices and prepares them for shipping to the intake location.

  • Completes open-box product condition assessments.

  • Orders parts to drive profitable margin on store inventory.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6 months of customer service experience

  • Able to stand and sit for long periods of time

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous logistics and/or inventory management experience
