Kforce's client is seeking an experienced CargoWise One Administrator for our Cargowise One instance in Coppell, TX. This position will support users worldwide and report to Global IT.
Responsibilities:
In this role, the CargoWise One Administrator will onboard and offboard users, customers, vendors
Support users via ticket system
Troubleshoot problems, open tickets with vendor support as necessary
The CargoWise One Administrator will integrate with customers, vendors, and other third parties
Support current integrations
Lead customer demos
CargoWise One Administrator will provide end-user training
REQUIREMENTS:
5-10 years of experience in a Cargowise administrative or superuser role
Experience developing/using APIs (SOAP/REST)
Familiarity with EDI
Netsuite experience a plus
Self-directed
Good communication skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to work occasional odd hours and weekends
Great SQL skills
Solid familiarity with the following aspects of Cargowise:
Onboard and offboard users, customers, vendors
Support users via ticket system
Troubleshoot problems, open tickets with vendor support as necessary
Integrate with customers, vendors, and other third parties
Develop and support reports and integrations via SQL and workflows
Support current customer and vendor integrations and develop/deploy new integrations
Provide limited end-user training
Custom data objects
Excel templates
Workflows and EDI triggers
Client and company rates
