Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Program Manager to work remotely for our enterprise networking and cloud solutions client based in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC).
Summary:
Our client is seeking a Program Manager responsible for the smooth and effective interlock across interdependent programs and with a focus on phenomenal delivery. To do this, the Program Manager should have great skills in effective program setup, program tracking and reporting, risk and issue analysis, and quality assurance. An understanding of the principles of Program Management, appropriate methodologies and processes is vital.
Responsibilities:
Program Manager will run and lead programs to deliver customer business outcomes for sophisticated, transactional and multi-component programs
Perform overall program-level planning and lead program execution of interdependent programs
Drive effective and accurate status reporting
Provide vision, strategy and business objective alignment to lead end-to-end program implementation
Responsible for tracking success metrics, handling program financials and profitability (if applicable)
Ensure programs have established measures with clear exit/success criteria
Program Manager will identify risks and issues, develop risk mitigation strategies, and define a critical issue process
Identify critical partners and required engagement model
Lead effective decision-making with leadership/sponsors
Establish and facilitate the interlock and operating model for program execution
Align team members the core vision and values for the program/project, ensuring everyone works together as an effective and cohesive unit
In this role, the Program Manager will define overall roadmap, identify and report potential obstacles such as scope creep, resource and personnel shortfalls, and problems with schedule, release delays, and budget overruns
REQUIREMENTS:
2-4 years of proven ability in digital development and program management are required
Experience in program management models including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent planning, time management, organizational and social skills
Experience with a project management tool is a must, but experience with JIRA/Confluence specifically is a plus
Familiarity with digital experience design, UX, or marketing automation
