Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Supervisor of Infrastructure Support.

Summary:
Under general direction, the Supervisor of Infrastructure Support will supervise the day to day activities for the team of tier I & II Administrators to ensure that the end user requests and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, the Supervisor of Infrastructure Support will supervise, oversee and delegate the daily activities of the Infrastructure Support team members


• Supervise the resolution of technical and process problems and issues


• Provide leadership required to enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance


• The Supervisor of Infrastructure Support will supervise the implementation of tasks and cross functional resources for assigned projects to ensure timely completion


• Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate degree in Business and 4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience


• Knowledge of Windows 2000/XP operating systems, telecommunications equipment, networking equipment and setup, databases, office automation software, proprietary software required


• Previous experience leading a team required


• Demonstrate leadership, motivational, mentoring and interpersonal skills


• Demonstrate a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem solving skills


• Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with internal customers


• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment and be detail oriented


• Ability to analyze, identify deficiencies and take corrective action


• Demonstrate exceptional listening, questioning, and analytical skills


• Ability to self-motivate, set goals, and meet deadlines
