Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Supervisor of Infrastructure Support.
Summary:
Under general direction, the Supervisor of Infrastructure Support will supervise the day to day activities for the team of tier I & II Administrators to ensure that the end user requests and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
In this role, the Supervisor of Infrastructure Support will supervise, oversee and delegate the daily activities of the Infrastructure Support team members
Supervise the resolution of technical and process problems and issues
Provide leadership required to enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance
The Supervisor of Infrastructure Support will supervise the implementation of tasks and cross functional resources for assigned projects to ensure timely completion
Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate degree in Business and 4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of Windows 2000/XP operating systems, telecommunications equipment, networking equipment and setup, databases, office automation software, proprietary software required
Previous experience leading a team required
Demonstrate leadership, motivational, mentoring and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with internal customers
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment and be detail oriented
Ability to analyze, identify deficiencies and take corrective action
