JOB SUMMARY
Delivers and maintainsquality, dynamic, scalable and secure codeor system configurations ensuring supportableserviceswhile workingin a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and a wide set of responsibilities across the team.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translatecomplexrequirements into effective and efficient solutions.Interpretsstandards, policies and proceduresto determine best method or techniquewhile maintaining strong testing,troubleshootingand supporting skills.
Leads unit-testing code for robustness including edge cases, usability and general reliability seeking optimum business effectiveness
Collaborateswith product stake holders on data-driven product development
CollaboratesProject and Business teams to troubleshoot, repair and fix complex issues or bugs,identifies and suggests value enhancement opportunities and provides operational excellence and continuous product/process improvement
Analyzes applicationsand software,and recommendsoptimizationsforperformance, scalability, security, and user experience
Exploresmethods to evaluate, and implement new tools and technologies to maximize development efficiency
Ensures adherence to Agile development methodology and DevOps practices
Contributes to code development efforts, enterprise development standards, patterns and practices
Performsteam code reviews
Leads interactions with IT or business stakeholders to define and fine-tune requirements; collaborates and works well with other developers, designers, QA, product owners and scrum masters
Leads and manages small to medium scale projects to develop and support quality enterprise software
Performs other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, ITor a related fieldand/or equivalent experience.
A minimum of5yearsrelated experience is required although employees typically have7-12yearsof experience; oil and gas industry experience preferred
Strongknowledge of the software development life-cycle (SDLC)within the Microsoft Development Stack, continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) and automated software pipeline
Thorough experience with Frontend,Backendand APIDevelopmentwithin Microsoft DevelopmentToolsalong withSQL Server Database skillsandDevelopment within Cloud Environments such as Azurearerequired
Thorough experience with Agile Methodology (Scrum and Kanban) and associated tools such asAzure DevOps
Thorough experience withMicrosoftLow-Code/No-Code environmentsPower Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Portal and Power Automate)is preferred
Disciplined approach to development including quality, testing and documentation
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
SPECIAL DEMANDS
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc. Noise level is typically low. Frequently in a stationary, sitting position for prolonged periods of time. Regularly moves about inside the office to complete tasks, attend meetings or to access the copy machine or file cabinets. Periodically pulls/pushes doors open to move around the office. Occasionally may lift and carry objects up to 20 pounds
Occasional travel will be required
SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is \$82,700-\$136,500.
