Job Description:

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate for a full-time position as Resident Engagement Case Manager, supporting residents of several apartment communities in Springfield, MA. If you are energetic, outgoing and love to connect with people, this could be the right job for you!

Job Requirements and Responsibilities: 


  • Bachelor degree in relevant field and 2 years of experience providing case management support.

  • Work collaboratively with Property Management and Resident Engagement team to support the needs of our residents and the community.

  • Ability to network with organizations in the community and connect residents to local resources they need to achieve their personal goals

  • Provide information, education, and referral of resources to residents who need assistance or have questions about a wide variety of issues and concerns.

  • Basic computer/office skills for daily reports and communication

  • Balance the administrative functions of planning, supervising and developing programs with direct resident outreach and engagement in a home environment and outside on the property.

  • The position requires in-person interactions with co-workers and customers. For everyone’s safety, vaccination against COVID-19 is required as a condition of employment.  The company will make reasonable accommodations when appropriate.
